My name is Jim Paterson , I am a qualified personal trainer. I am 35 and my previous profession was a professional footballer in the Spl and English Championship , I have also played in Europa League . I still have very high levels of fitness and play on a part time basis in the Scottish league 1. I have been in professional football for 18 year so my life has been about fitness and diet. I have many different ways to train which are challenging but also fun and enjoyable. I have a very open personally and easy to talk to and I enjoy my work as a personal trainer. So whether you want to build muscle mass , weight loss , tone up , improve your fitness level or just clean up your diet and nutrition I can help.

Hi my name is David McCaig and I am a newly qualified personal trainer here at New-Age fitness. I am 20 years old, my age may give the impression that I lack experience in the fitness industry, this is not true as I played football for 9 years whilst at school and I have been going to the gym for the past 5 years, taking every session serious and always giving 100%. Having always had a passion for sports and fitness, this made me realise that I wanted to pursue a career in Personal Training. My Personal Training sessions will be fun, effective and value for money, I am a very cheery person always with a smile on my face. Whether you are wanting to build muscle mass, reduce body fat percentage, improve fitness or just look and feel better, I am here to help you achieve your goals. I'm Graeme Murphy, a fully qualified personal trainer here at New Age Fitness. After a stint playing professional football I became a Royal Marines Commando, serving for 8 years and completing tours of Africa, Iraq and Afghanistan. My life has revolved around fitness and over the years I've trained to an elite level in cardiovascular and endurance whilst developing a comprehensive knowledge of strength training, conditioning and fat loss. I practise what I preach. Every day I apply the Commando qualities of physical fitness, determination, selflessness and humour. I will help you achieve your goals through a no nonsense training approach, combined with nutrition plans, regular consultations and continuos support. I'm Jordan Lockhart, a fully qualified personal trainer here at new age fitness. I've always had a great interest in a wide range of sports and a keen interest in nutrition.

I've trained for over 4 years now. My training started out as a hobby attending the gym only twice a week but It quickly became more a lifestyle and its now something I have a great passion for. I am a strong believer in good nutrition and its important implications on the appearance and performance of the body.

Hi everyone, my name is Tracey Kennedy, I’m 36 years old, married and have two beautiful children.

I am a level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 2 Gym Instructor with CYQ qualifications in circuit training, and suspended bodyweight instruction. I am also a fully certified Les Mills Body Combat and Body Pump instructor.

I’ve been heavily involved in competitive sport from the age of 4, successfully competing and coaching for Scotland. I have success at international, European and World level, gaining titles such as European, Scottish and Supreme Scottish Champion several times over. I do love instructing my Body Combat and Body Pump classes at New-Age Fitness we always work hard but ensure we have a great time whilst doing so. But to be honest being in the Free weights area of any gym is where I am most at home – so if I am not in the studio, then you know where to find me!

I’m not one for philosophies or mission statements, but believe fitness should be fun, effective and progressive. The key to success is to know your limits and push the boundaries. I find it helps to have a bit of accountability when you are trying to reach any goal or target, so please be assured that I will assist you with that in any way I can.
